My Team has over 100 years of Real Estate Sales experience and have been in the top 1% of all Agents in South Carolina for a decade. We are both REO and Retail Real Estate experts. Our large variety of REO Clients range from FNMA (both Homepath and HECM) to Bank of America, BB&T, Caliber, Carrington, First Citizens and more including small local banks. This has allowed us to become very familiar with just about every platform from Equator to Res.net to Dispo and others. Having worked with so many different REO Clients should make you feel confident in knowing that we can catch on to all of your procedures very quickly. In fact, we have worked with more than 24 different REO Clients over the years and the bulk of which are still using our services. I guess the best example to use is our very first REO client, BB&T, still uses us as their primary Realtor in our MLS a decade after their first assignment.

We recently expanded our Team and created "The Iron Gate Group of Fred Holland Realty". We have a MARKETING BUDGET OF MORE THAN $10,000 A MONTH AND STRIVE TO ACHIEVE A 5 MINUTE RESPONSE TIME FOR ALL LEADS. We're able to show a listing at a moment's notice as we always have an agent in the office. We also have an ISA and closing coordinator which helps streamline the closing process saving everyone time and that as we all know is truly priceless. With all that said, what gives me the most pride is the high scores I have received from various REO Clients or Secret Shoppers and having NEVER RECEIVED AN ETHICAL COMPLAINT.
