Short Sales - We have a dedicated team that successfully serves as a resource for sellers and buyers helping them navigate through short sale transactions smoothly. We have direct contact with the lenders and there is no third party involvement in the negotiating other than seller and buyer attorney to prepare for closing.
Redevelopment Projects: Work closely with the City of New Haven on multiple low to medium income redevelopment projects that included Putnam Street revitalization, Congress Ave Redevelopment and NSP properties throughout the City. Extensive knowledge and experience with the qualification process and programs available to assist homebuyers throughout the city. Effectively pre-marketed and placed most of the projects on deposit even before construction completed.
