Estate professionals that specialize in the re-marketing of REO (Real Estate-Owned)
properties. Asset Managers and professionals working for a vast majority of the
Mortgage Banks and Loan Servicing companies employ REO Network to locate qualified
Real Estate professionals to aid in their loss mitigation and property re-marketing needs.
REO Network members are Real Estate professionals focused on servicing REO properties
and we ensure all members have experience in handling the unique circumstances of
servicing and marketing an REO property.
REO or Real Estate-Owned describes homes for which a bank has loaned borrowers money
to purchase that subsequently went through a foreclosure process and are now owned
by the bank. Properties that turn REO usually have unique circumstances that prevent
them from being sold at a foreclosure auction.

History of REONetwork.com
Duane Andrews, REO Network's founder, heard many times from his REO clients about their frustration
in locating experienced REO Brokers for their properties especially in remote locations.
So in February 2000, Duane partnered with Kevin Marshall to create and launch REONetwork.com.
Over 1,000 REO Brokers joined within the first three months!
Today, the REONetwork.com database has been expanded to include over 8,000 screened REO Brokers,
Agents, and Vendors (e.g. Appraisers, Contractors, Service Providers, and Outsourcers). REO
professionals of every facet can now locate each other in a fast, informative, and inexpensive
manner.
